Management Training that builds leaders who actually lead
Most management courses hand you theory and send you home. We work alongside your team until the skills stick — through live workshops, coaching sprints and real-world application projects that deliver measurable change.
Book a discovery callWhat we offer
Three focused programme tracks, each shaped around the problems your managers face right now — not generic textbook material.
Foundations of effective management
Designed for newly promoted managers or those who have never received formal training, this eight-week blended programme covers the essential competencies every manager needs from day one. Participants learn through fortnightly half-day workshops combined with peer-coaching triads and individual assignments tied to their actual workload.
- Setting clear expectations and holding people accountable
- Giving feedback that changes behaviour, not just feelings
- Running meetings that produce decisions, not just discussion
- Delegating without micro-managing or abdicating
Strategic leadership intensive
For experienced managers stepping into senior roles, this twelve-week programme sharpens strategic thinking, cross-functional influence and change leadership. Each cohort is capped at fourteen participants to ensure deep discussion and personalised coaching. The curriculum draws on current case studies from Welsh and UK organisations, not decade-old Harvard examples.
- Translating organisational strategy into team-level priorities
- Leading through ambiguity and organisational change
- Building coalitions across departments and geographies
- Financial literacy for non-finance leaders
Bespoke team development
When a specific team is struggling — whether with conflict, low engagement, unclear roles or poor execution — a standard course will not fix it. We design custom interventions built on diagnostic interviews, team assessments and facilitated working sessions. Engagements typically run three to six months and include follow-up measurement to prove the investment paid off.
- Diagnostic phase: interviews, surveys and observation
- Co-designed workshop series with your leadership team
- Ongoing coaching for the team leader between sessions
- Post-intervention impact report with quantified outcomes
How we work with you
A straightforward four-stage process that keeps things practical and avoids consultant-speak.
Understand the real problem
We start with a free discovery conversation — usually sixty minutes — to learn about your organisation, the specific challenges your managers face, and what success looks like. No questionnaires or sales pitches; just a genuine dialogue.
Design the right intervention
Based on what we learn, we propose a programme structure, timeline and investment. For open programmes you simply choose the right track; for bespoke work we build a detailed design document together before anything is delivered.
Deliver with rigour and warmth
Our facilitators combine deep subject knowledge with practical experience managing real teams. Sessions are interactive, challenging and grounded in your participants' actual work — never death-by-PowerPoint.
Measure and sustain the change
We follow up at thirty, sixty and ninety days to measure behaviour change, gather participant feedback and provide additional coaching where needed. You receive a clear impact summary showing what shifted and what still needs attention.
Outcomes our clients report
We track results because we believe training without measurement is just entertainment. Here is what organisations consistently tell us after completing a programme with Clearpath.
- Managers report higher confidence in difficult conversations within four weeks of programme completion.
- Team engagement scores increase by an average of eighteen percentage points over six months.
- Meeting time drops by roughly twenty-five percent as managers learn to make decisions faster.
- Staff turnover in trained teams falls measurably within the first year, saving recruitment costs.
- Participants frequently describe the experience as the most useful professional development they have ever received.
